TRAINING – Royal Purple offers in plant training to all of our industrial customers. Complete training courses taught by industry certified instructors are available for:
- Basic lubrication
- Oil analysis
- Lubrication storage and handling
- Equipment specific lubrication training
- Pump rebuild and reliability
EQUIPMENT SURVEYS – Royal Purple can assist in equipment surveys from individual pieces of equipment to unit wide surveys. Goal is to establish the recommended oil type and viscosity based on OEM original recommendation and the equipment use and operating condition within the plant.
EQUIPMENT FAILURE ANALYSIS – In the event of a pre-mature or sudden equipment failure, Royal Purple can assist in loss analysis and recommendation for changes to prevent future problems.
MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE INTERVALS – Royal Purple will assist in establishing safe lubricant drain and service intervals as well as developing standard maintenance checks for both oil lubricated and grease lubricated equipment.
OIL ANALYSIS – Where oil analysis is employed as part of a new application monitoring procedure, Royal Purple will provide such service through a national accredited lab at no charge. If oil analysis is continued as a part of an ongoing preventive maintenance plan, the service will be provided at a pass through cost based on Royal Purple’s volume discount with the lab. Typical oil analysis can be done for $10.00.
